Before we start, let's look at our word bank. We have: told twice, said twice, added, advised, and warned. Remember, one of these is extra.

Now, a quick grammar tip. We generally use the verb 'said' with the preposition 'to' when we mention the listener. On the other hand, 'told' usually needs a direct object, like a person, without the word 'to'.
Grammar Rule
Let's look at blanks one and four. Both are followed by the phrase 'to his listeners'. Based on our rule, 'said' is the only verb that fits here. So, we'll use both of our 'said' verbs for these two spots.
