System Configuration Utility
To start, you need to access the utility. You can do this by right-clicking the Start button and selecting Run.
1. Right-click Start > Run
Once the run dialog box appears, type msconfig and press enter.
This will open the System Configuration window shown here on your screen.

Inside the General tab, you will see three main startup modes.
